INTER LIBRARY LOAN SERVICES AT GSA

We offer an inter-library loan service for GSA students and staff which can be used if you cannot source what you are looking for in the GSA Library.

We can normally borrow material that we do not stock ourselves from other libraries, including books, conference proceedings, and journal articles.

Each request costs the Library over £10.00 therefore a £3.00 contribution per request is required.

Remember that if you are a GSA student or staff member there are a number of other libraries you can access, and you may prefer to access material in these libraries rather than request an inter-library loan.

For copies of journal articles, increasing numbers of journals are available electronically, so remember to check the title of the journal in the GSA Library catalogue.

If your Inter-library loan is for commercial purposes please contact Library staff to discuss.

A separate form must be completed for each inter-library loan request. Provide as much information as you can to help us process your request. The Library reserves the right to refuse an inter-library loan request where necessary.

To request an inter-library loan print and fill in a request form below or pick up a paper copy from the Library Service Desk.

A contribution of £3.00 per request is required. Completed forms should be handed in at the Library Service Desk, together with payment. If the request is not successfully completed a full refund will be made.
